In 1994, in one of Milano's most beautiful areas, "Panificio San Giorgio" was born, a small family business founded by Giovanni and Amira, a young couple who immigrated from Egypt in search of fortune.

Right from the start they worked hard to offer top-quality products: Giovanni kneaded the bread at night, and Amira worked during the day to sell the products, while raising their son, little Simone.

After two year, their second son, Andrea, arrived, who almost had to be born in the shop!

Fortunately, despite the initial difficulties of a newly opened business and the care of two small children, the new parents managed to carry on brilliantly, supported by the best staff an employer would wish to have.

Fourteen years of small but hard-earned satisfaction passed, and finally, in March 2008 the family decided to expand. In the heart of their beloved Milano (what we will call here CBD), a branch of the business was born, more beautiful and modern, combining the bakery's products with the coffee bar. Thus was born the "Panificio San Giorgio Pancaffè", carried on by Giovanni, Amira and the now grown-up Simone and Andrea.

The two brothers were always present in the business, bringing modernity and new production techniques. Over the years, their goal has never changed: to search for the best raw materials to create good and genuine products.

Andrea and Simone decided to turn their lives around, in search of new opportunities and challenges, they chose Australia as their destination. What city if not Adelaide? The food and wine city of Australia, renowned for its vineyards, excellent quality raw materials, nice people and a climate reminiscent of the Mediterranean.

Here they are ready, once again, to get back into the game to create authentic Italian dishes!
